Request to approve by final order. Project number SGN22-000092 is being reviewed by Tim Brown. This is a scenic corridor sign application submitted by Entera, LLC on behalf of SRB Executive Express Car Wash, requesting approval of a monument sign measuring 8 feet x 10 feet for a total of 80 square feet on 0.98 +/- acres with a future and use of Mixed Use and a zoning category of Village Mixed Use.
