The park offers a raised boardwalk that follows the course of the winding creek for a short distance and built into small overlook areas are wooden seats allowing visitors to sit and watch the creek and wildlife. The park blends into the scenery with small picnic tables and grills, as well as a couple of small pavilions, and play area. It is also a great place to launch a kayak if you are willing to carry it to the water’s edge. The entire park is shaded and quiet despite its proximity to the roadway.
