The Gym at Kickin’ It Fitness is YOUR local training facility. We are Defuniak’s first 24/7 gym and offer the most group training classes in the area including yoga, hiit, cardio kickboxing, boxing conditioning, and more! We are also home to the American Ronin Kiu-Kitsu and MMA Team as well as THE Ring Boxing Club (USA Boxing Affiliate).
We are Veteran and Locally owned / operated. We offer discounts for teachers, first responders, students (high school and below), nurses, veterans / military, and their families! As of Aug.22nd we also accept Silver Sneakers!
